About The Nursery

Our nursery consists of three beautiful Victorian homes which have large, cosy playrooms to provide a home from home environment for the children in our care.

Our spacious gardens at Acorns House, Park Grove provides a perfect environment for quality play, authentic and purposeful learning. We have a large outdoor classroom and art studio for the children to use whatever the weather.

WHAT OUR PARENTS SAY

Would highly recommend Acorns nurseries. My son always goes in happy and always leaves having had a fantastic day. The staff are exceptional at their jobs and are all very friendly. My son has come on leaps and bounds at Acorns, they deserve a 10/10. The building and all the rooms are lovely with plenty for children to play and learn. There’s a great outdoor space which the staff utilise as much as possible and the menus are always nutritional and tasty!

My son has been at Acorns House for the last 2.5 years. He absolutely loves coming into nursery to see his friends and the key workers who look after him. The care for my son is absolutely fantastic and I never worry about leaving my child. The welcome in the morning and feedback at the end of his day is always lovely. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The activities are brilliant and my child has come on leaps and bounds since coming here. He will be so upset to leave for school this year. Thank you Acorns House.

Couldn’t be happier with the level of care my daughter has received while attending Acorns House. She absolutely loves it there as well as all the staff, who are all phenomenal. I have always been blown away by the extremely high standards of everything involved. I attended this very nursery myself as a baby and it’s safe to say that their standards have never even faltered for the last 20+ years. I have never trusted a care provider more with my daughter, it will be very hard for the both of us when she eventually moves on!

I couldn’t recommend Acorns House more. Both my children have gone in happily every day and everyone that has looked after them does so with kindness. Staff always go the extra mile and reassure you if you have any concerns.

An excellent nursery where our son has flourished since he joined almost 3 years ago. Staff are the friendliest and caring people, you know your child is in safe hands. The opportunities the children have every day to learn, play and develop are incredible. We love having regular notifications of what our son has achieved that day through the app. We know it will be a sad day when it’s time to leave nursery for full time school this September.
