Fees and Funding

Our nursery fees are payable monthly in advance.

We accept the following methods of payment:

Direct Debit

When your child attends their first settling in session you will be given a direct debit mandate. Depending on the date your child starts with us during the month, you may need to pay by standing order, debit or credit card for the first month.

Tax Free Childcare

If you are eligible for Tax Free Childcare, you can pay your nursery fees via this method. To check if you are eligible and to register, go to https://www.gov.uk/get-tax-free-childcare.

Each nursery has its own account, so please ensure you use the correct postal address when searching for your nursery. You must contact our Finance Team at Acorns Head Office on 029 20394334 with the code that has been allocated to you.

Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers from a range of companies. Please contact our Finance Team at Acorns Head Office on 029 20394334 for the account reference. The Government closed the Childcare Voucher Scheme to new entrants from 4th October 2018.

Standing Order

You can also pay by Standing Order. Bank details for your nursery will be shown on your invoice or your Nursery Manager will be able to give you these. Please use your child’s name as your reference.

Credit or Debit Card

Childcare Offer In Wales

For eligible working parents, the Childcare Offer provides a combination of government-funded childcare and Foundation Phase Nursery Provision for up to 48 weeks of the year.
